Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the case of a verified technical error on our side that resulted in a failed delivery of purchased Gold. Contact support within 48 hours of the transaction with your transaction details.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your game account.
